This came at the perfect time, because I was just thinking about my slacking meditation routine. Not something I was ever good at, but enough to recognize a difference it made. So thank you for this! It was the right on time for me.

Like many of your posts, I feel like I could have written this myself. I also get on the wagon for a while, and get lax after I start feeling better.
I've been letting quite a few healthy habits slide lately (meditation, yoga, juicing, and drawing - to name a few) Part of me feels a little bit guilty doing some of these things, even though I know how important they are (and some of them are vital for my business, like drawing). I know that things like meditation & working out have helped me get through some of the hardest times in my life. But for some reason I put the more left brained things first, telling myself they're more important.
Your post helped me reflect on why that is and what I need to do about it, so thank you!
