Full disclosure: I'm not a big fan of Valentine's Day stuff. I believe that gifts of chocolates should not be limited to one day a year, and any kind of flowers are out of the question because I have a cat who eats everything he can get into his mouth. Lovely choices! Did you consider including quality e-cards? They are the most eco-friendly of all! I'm partial to Banjo Bunny e-cards. :)
