Fawning over these

I've always wondered how to make a wire ring that's adjustable, and I think someone has figured it out- Julie of Handmade Julz creates little masterpieces of wire and art for your fingers that are adjustable and one-of-a-kind!  Just look at this cute little fawn ring for example (image from Copacetique):
