Today is a HUGE day for me! Not only is 4 my favorite number, today's double fours indicate two huge things:
1. Today is my blog birthday, MODISH IS ONE YEAR OLD ! I've been doing this for an entire year already and it's far surpassed any expectations I had by its humble beginnings! I can't believe I've made it this far, posted 700 posts, enjoyed over a hundred different sponsors and have found so many wonderful indie goodies along the way! I thought it was going to be a struggle to find things to write about when I first started- boy was I wrong! And, it's only gonna get better from here on out, I'm so excited!
2. One way it's getting better is, drumroll please............MODISHOPPE IS NOW OPEN! Sound the trumpets, ring the bells, hearken the heralds the shoppe is open! The shoppe is open! After months of organizing, deciding, planning, conspiring, receiving, emailing, picture taking, shopping, buying, editing, lighting, uploading, worrying and not sleeping, it's finally done! I'm so thrilled to bring you a new little shoppe that will host many incredible indie artists and designers so you can find your favorite handmade goods, all in one spot! So explore! Click around! And as you look around, I'd appreciate your feedback, especially if you find any errors or see anything funky. The shoppe is my baby and she's still learning to walk!
