Lightning doesn't strike twice!

So, obviously we've all noticed the jewelry trend of simple little silver charms hanging from simple little silver chains that show off your simply beautiful little collarbone.  Well, I bring you just that, a simple little charm necklace, but it has a bit more pizzazz than most!  Check out this When it Strikes necklace from On a Friday.  The charm is cute but "striking" <sorry> and the blue topaz bead adds a bit of color for spring.  It's fun and funky and plays up the trend while still maintaining it's originality.  I think lightning did strike designer Liana on this one!  Oh, did I mention, there's earrings to match?
